  • Successfully lead and executed a complex cross-border shareholders loan transaction valued at IDR.2,2 trillion (~USD.135 million) in a data center company in Indonesia, by coordination with the shareholders and the ultimate beneficiary owner.


  • Successfully lead completion of 46 business licenses of a data centers company for across province from Aceh to Papua by securing the Verified Standard Certificates (“Sertifikat Standar Terverifikasi”).


  • Representing a cable theft and a vendor negligence case through coordinated efforts with the head office, asset owner, and the local law enforcement authorities.


  • Successfully led and completed an international bank in Indonesia to relisting in IDX through effective coordination with the shareholders, the Bank, the public Notary, the securities, IDX, and OJK.


  • Resolved and resurrected a coal mining and special coal port company businesses in Indonesia by cooperation with the shareholders, the central government, the local government, the external counsels, the Notary, the local community, and the palm oil plantation company.


  • Successfully completed a Film company deal and made it the #1 most-watched movie in Indonesian theaters.


  • Representing a coal and special coal port company to close an investment criminal allegation in the National Police Office and in the Metro Jaya Police Office.


  • Successfully resurrected a global internet, software as services companyand legal-formalized their hardware business (manufacture & distribution of phones, TV, and the other electronic products) in Indonesia, Southeast Asia, and Pacific.


  • Representing the global hardware-software-internet company in the Palembang District Court for a litigation case number 517/Pid.B/2020/PN Plg, and share networking with the other team member to the Indonesia Cybercrimes Police Headquarters officials for phishing website report, the OJK, the Indonesia Bank, the Ministry of Communications and Informatics, the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Industry, the Investment Coordinating Board, the Customs and Excises, and the other government officials.


  • Successfully supported the global hardware-software-internet company from zero to becoming #1 in Q2-2021, won their global bugs project 3 consecutive times, and conducted in-house training for the other employees (i.e.: employment, contracts & non-contract system, etc.).


  • Close the contract deal with PLN and the consortium members of EPC Ambon Peaker a contract value of US$.133 million, and Riau Peaker a contract value of US$.140 million.


  • Successfuly provide the contracts review and the deliverables request of an engineering consultant company of Jakarta MRT Project.




  • Successfully closed and managed off-shore and on-shore financing processes over USD.500 million and increased the financer’s funding confidence.


  • The first legal counsel on board and legally assisted boosted 3,000% telecommunication tower company ownership from 190 to +6,000 within 2 years.


  • Closed deal of a telecommunication tower provider company of USD.400 million MTN facility with local and global bank syndication.


  • Successfully set the projects contracts, documents, advice for project activities, of a global telecommunication equipment company to mitigate long and costly legal battles.


  • Successfully started and completed the first telecommunication Turn-key Pilot Project of a global telecommunication equipment company in Asia Pacific for about 2,600 sites.
